Everybody has individual goals. What are my goals? I haven't earnestly considered it. Maybe I will help my husband's business. Maybe I will open my own business. Maybe I will go to college and continue to study. Let me think which individual goal is good for me?
First, I could help with my husband's business. My husband has a business in New York working for China and America's culture exchange. He is very busy; you know New York is a crazy city, and everybody in NY is very busy. I love my husband, and I want help him, but I can't, because my English is no good. After I finish studying at the ELC, my individual goal is to be my husband's secretary and work with my husband; we will have happy life together, but I couldn't independent. Maybe I need consider other one goal.
Second, I could open my own business a beauty salon in New York. I can help make everybody pretty and let him or her be happy. I can earn money by my self, I could be independent, and I can do everything I want. My second individual goal is very good, but I couldn't have time to take care my family, and I will have some problems in my family. Let me think another.
Third, I could continue to go to school and study. I am Chinese and live in America, and the culture change makes me as like a blind and deaf. There are many things I do not understand, I feel very bad, so go to school and study for me is very important. Continuing to study is good for my children; I can help my children study. Continuing to study is also good for myself; I can find a job, and I also can independent. I can help my husband and many good things will happen. Do you think my third individual goal is good, too? However, if I continuing to study, I need spend a lot of time for study, and I will not have time to take care of my family. I have many goals; which one is very good for me; I need consider.
